The termsof using this site.

Last updated 31 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for any work we do together — that is a separate document, and where the two disagree, that one wins.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Axonious Labs, a trading name operating from Pakistan. Axonious Labs is not a registered company.

What this website is

This site describes what we do. It is published for information, and nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide anything to anyone.

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract, and neither does our replying to it. A contract exists only when we have both signed a written agreement covering the specific work.

Prices, estimates and timelines

Any figures, ranges, durations or response times mentioned on this site — including budget bands, project lengths, and how quickly we aim to reply — are indicative. They describe what is typical, not what is promised, and they are not binding until they appear in a signed agreement.

We may change or withdraw anything described on this site at any time, without notice.

Work we do for clients

All services are provided under a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal agreed before the work begins. That document sets out the scope, the price, the schedule, the payment terms, who owns what, and how either side can end the arrangement.

Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence for that work.

Our portfolio and case studies

Projects shown on this site are illustrative of the kind of work we do. Some are client work, some are our own builds and experiments. Results described for one client are particular to that client's circumstances and are not a prediction of what you would get.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks that appear on this site belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement of us by them.

The internship programme

Our internship programme is a paid educational programme. The fee, what it includes, the payment schedule and the cancellation and refund terms are set out in the enrolment agreement, which we provide before any payment is taken. Please read it before you pay.

The programme is training and project experience. It is not employment, it does not create an employment relationship, and completing it is not an offer of a job or a guarantee of one, with us or with anyone else. Any claim about what participants have gone on to do describes the past and is not a prediction.

Using this site

You agree not to:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks any law that applies to you;
  • attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its server, or any connected system that you are not meant to reach;
  • interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to overload, disrupt or damage it;
  • collect data from the site by automated means, or copy any substantial part of it for a competing purpose.

What belongs to whom

The design, text, code, graphics and arrangement of this site belong to us and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and print pages for your own use. Copying, republishing or reusing any part of it commercially without our written permission is not permitted.

Ownership of anything we build for a client is dealt with in that client's agreement, not here.

The site is provided as it is

We take reasonable care with this site, but we provide it as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the information on it is complete, current or accurate at any given moment. Anything you read here is general information — it is not professional advice, and you should not act on it without advice specific to your situation.

Limits on our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded. Everything below is subject to that.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data, arising out of your use of this site — whether the claim is brought in contract, in tort including negligence, or on any other basis, and whether or not we were told such loss was possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this site is limited to PKR 10,000. Our liability for work carried out for a client is governed by that client's agreement, and is limited as set out in it.

If you cause us loss

If you use this site in breach of these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the losses, costs and reasonable legal fees we incur as a result.

Your privacy

How we handle information you send us is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If a clause does not hold

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing something straight away does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

The courts of [CITY], Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
