What does a project usually cost?

It depends on scope, and we would rather scope it than guess. Small automation work and single-page builds tend to start low; a custom system with integrations is a different conversation. Send the problem and a budget range, and we will tell you honestly whether it is enough — including when it is not.

How long does something take?

A focused build is usually a few weeks. Anything touching live operations takes longer, because the risky part is not writing it — it is changing over to it without stopping your business. You get a written plan with dates before work starts.

Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work remotely across time zones and most of our clients are not local. We will agree overlapping hours for calls so you are not the one always taking the late meeting.

Question 4

What do you need from us to start?

Accepted Answer

Less than you think. A description of the process as it works now — including the parts held together by a spreadsheet and somebody's memory — is more useful than a specification. We will ask for access to specific systems only when we actually need it.

Will you sign an NDA?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we are happy to sign yours rather than insist on ours. If you would rather talk before paperwork, keep the first message general — you do not have to disclose anything sensitive to get a reply.

Who owns the code you write?

Accepted Answer

You do, on full payment, and that is written into the agreement before work starts. We keep no hold over your systems. Where we reuse our own pre-existing tooling, you get a licence to keep using it for as long as you run the thing we built.

What happens to what I put in this form?

Accepted Answer

It is emailed to us and nothing else. There is no database behind this form, no CRM, no mailing list, and no analytics on this site. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will. The privacy policy sets out the detail.

What if we are not the right fit?

Accepted Answer

We will say so on the call rather than take work we cannot do well, and we will point you somewhere better if we know of one. That costs you thirty minutes and no money.
