What we dowith your data.

Something here unclear, or you want your data removed?
axoniouslabs@gmail.comThis policy explains what happens to information you send us through this website. It is short because the site does very little with your data — there are no cookies, no analytics and no accounts.
The short version
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form and send us. It is delivered to our email inbox and stored there. It is not added to a database, a CRM or a mailing list, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. You are not profiled, and nothing you do here follows you elsewhere.
Who we are
Axonious Labs is a software and automation studio operating from Pakistan. Axonious Labs is a trading name and not a registered company.
For anything in this policy, including a request to delete your data, write to axoniouslabs@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect two things, and only two.
- What you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and — where you choose to fill them in — your company, budget range, timeline, which services you are interested in, how you found us, and the message you write. All of it is optional except your name, your email and your message, because without those we cannot reply.
- Ordinary server records. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical information about requests — an IP address, a browser and device type, a timestamp, the page requested. These are kept briefly for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to identify or track individuals.
What we do not collect
There are no accounts on this site, so there are no passwords. We take no payments here, so we never see card details. We do not ask for, and would rather you did not send, any sensitive information — health, financial, or identity documents — through the contact form.
Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not report you to a third party.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use what you send for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to carry on that conversation if it goes further.
The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete the enquiry.
Who else sees it
We keep the list of third parties as short as we can.
- Resend, our email delivery provider, processes the message in order to deliver it to our inbox.
- Vercel, our hosting provider, serves this website and keeps the ordinary server records described above.
- On our Work page, project images are loaded from GitHub's content servers, which means your browser makes a request to GitHub when you view that page. GitHub sees that request. No other page loads third-party content.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it of us.
Where it goes
Our email, hosting and delivery providers operate internationally, which means your enquiry may be stored or processed outside your country and outside Pakistan. We use established providers who apply recognised safeguards to those transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within two years. Where we go on to work together, correspondence is kept for as long as we need it for the project and for our records afterwards.
You do not have to wait for either. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will do it, and confirm when it is done.
Your rights
We offer the following to everyone who contacts us, wherever you are, rather than only to people in places that require it:
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Have anything inaccurate corrected.
- Have it deleted.
- Withdraw your consent, at any time.
- Object to our using it, or ask us to restrict what we do with it.
Email axoniouslabs@gmail.com and we will act on it. There is no charge, and we will not ask you why.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our internship programme is open to students, and where an applicant is under 18 we will ask for a parent or guardian to be involved before anything is agreed.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and we limit who can read the inbox that receives enquiries. We will not tell you your data is perfectly safe, because no system is. What we can say is that we hold very little of it, in few places, for as short a time as we can.
Changes
If we change what this site does with data, we change this page in the same breath and move the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something and update the policy later.
